What is the procedure for returning a product?
If you have purchased the product as a consumer, you have the right to terminate any contract concluded on our website without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product, as indicated below:
If you are registered on our website and if you want to return the product before the end of the 14-day term, you can access the "My Orders" section of your personal account to find the order you want to return. In case you are not registered, you can access the "My Orders" section from the order confirmation e-mail.
Click on the "Return Order" button. You will be asked to download and complete the return form. After filling it, send it to the e-mail address email@example.com. As a result, you will receive an e-mail confirming your claim request.
Our customer service will take charge of the practice and will provide you with directions for the product pickup by the courier. You will need to deliver to the courier a parcel containing the product, a copy of the completed return form, and you will have to apply the shipping label that the courier will provide you. After the product enters our warehouse, you will receive, without undue delay, the credit on the credit card you used.
