Orders are usually processed within one working day. Delivery to the address you provided normally takes 3-5 working days.

Delivery is free for orders above 50£. If it is below this value, the delivery costs will be 5£ regardless of the delivery address.

All orders will be handled and delivered by DHL.

You will receive an email the moment we deliver your order to our logistics partner. The email will include a tracking link to track your order.

Yes, you can track your shipment on DHL websites. You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse. The email will include a link you can use to track your delivery. You can also find the status of your order in your personal area, in the “My Orders” section.

The carrier might have delivered your package to a neighbor or a person found at the address provided. To collect the package, a signature is always required. Please check on the DHL tracking website to find out who collected your order.

Ordering from the Pirelli website is very easy. Once you’ve found a product that suits your needs (remember, you can also select size, colour, etc. from the drop-down menus), choose the order quantity and add your item(s) to the shopping basket. Next, proceed to checkout, providing the information needed for billing and shipping. You can purchase both as a registered user or as a guest, without the need to register right away. As a registered user, you have a number of advantages, including the option to go back to your profile page, later, to manage your order. To complete the order, you will be asked to pay by credit card. You’ll be redirected to a payment gateway website. Once the payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

You can enter your code in the relevant box in your order summary page, before proceeding to the payment.

Unfortunately, we only ship to countries included in the list you find in the header of the website. If your address is in a country that doesn’t appear in the list, we can’t currently process your order. We apologise if this causes any inconvenience to you.

No, you can purchase as many items as you wish with a single order.

No, you may only purchase using the currency of the country we’ll be shipping the your items to.

Unfortunately not, we take orders only for products we currently have in stock. While you shop, we constantly check our product availability. If you are able to put a product in your cart and complete your order, the product is available and ready to be shipped to the address you provided.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the information regarding your order, including products purchased, price and other relevant information.

Every order will be accompanied by an invoice. The invoice will be emailed to you once the order is shipped. You can also find it in your personal area on the website, in the “My Orders” section.

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel your order by emailing us at contactcentertyresvelo.uk@pirelli.com. Please make sure to include your order number in the email. If your order has already been shipped, you have to wait for the delivery to be completed before proceeding with the return. There are no additional costs for returning an item.

All prices shown include VAT and taxes. Eventual shipping costs aren’t included in the product price but are added later on. The total price you see in the Cart and Confirmation pages include all the costs related to your order, including the shipping costs, if any.

No, there are no import/export duties on goods shipped within the European Union.

We currently accept payments via Mastercard and Visa credit cards.

Yes, Pirelli has adopted all the required methods to protect the information and data provided by the user. Moreover, Pirelli entrusts an external partner to manage payments, which has technological systems in place to ensure the maximum level of reliability, security, protection and confidentiality in the transmission of data information.

Yes, all transactions occur on our payment gateway partner website. Once the payment has been made, you will be redirected to the Pirelli website.

There are a number of issues that may be blocking your payment. Please make sure your credit card hasn’t expired and that you haven’t reached your monthly limit. If this isn’t the case, please contact our Customer service to contactcentertyresvelo.uk@pirelli.com so we can help you solve the issue.

We will collect your payment only once the goods have been shipped. When your purchase from our online store, the credit on your card is merely ’booked’, and will be transferred to us once your items have been shipped.

If you have purchased the product as a consumer, you have the right to terminate any contract concluded on our website without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product, as indicated below:
If you are registered on our website and if you want to return the product before the end of the 14-day term, you can access the "My Orders" section of your personal account to find the order you want to return. In case you are not registered, you can access the "My Orders" section from the order confirmation email.
Click on the "Return Order" button. You will be asked to download and complete the return form. After filling it, send it to the email address contactcentertyresvelo.uk@pirelli.com. As a result, you will receive an e-mail confirming your claim request.
Our customer service will take charge of the practice and will provide you with directions for the product pickup by the courier. You will need to deliver to the courier a parcel containing the product, a copy of the completed return form, and you will have to apply the shipping label that the courier will provide you. After the product enters our warehouse, you will receive, without undue delay, the credit on the credit card you used.

If you want to make a claim for a tyre you have bought, because you believe that it doesn’t correspond to what is indicated in the technical information published on the website, because it has manufacturing defects and / or materials that make it unsuitable for the intended use of a product of the same type, or it lacks the essential qualities for its use, you can access the "My Orders" section of your account to find the order for which you intend to make a claim (if you are a registered user). If you are not registered, you can access the "My Orders" section through the order confirmation email.
Click the "Make a claim" button. You will be asked to download and fill in the claim form for tyres . Once you complete it, together with your order confirmation and / or tax receipt, send it to the e-mail address contactcentertyresvelo.uk@pirelli.com.

After the product enters our warehouse, we will perform the relevant checks and we will inform you about the outcome of your claim to the email address you provided. If this claim is successful you will receive, without undue delay, the refund of the price paid on the credit card you used.

If you want to make a claim for an apparel product you have bought, because you believe that it doesn’t correspond to what is indicated in the technical information published on the website, because it has manufacturing defects and / or materials that make it unsuitable for the intended use of a product of the same type, or it lacks the essential qualities for its use, you can access the "My Orders" section of your account to find the order for which you intend to make a claim (if you are a registered user). If you are not registered, you can access the "My Orders" section through the order confirmation email.
Click the "Make a claim" button. You will be asked to download and fill in the claim form for apparel products. Once you complete it, send it to contactcentertyresvelo.uk@pirelli.com and attach three photos, the first showing the full product, the second showing the internal label, and the last evidencing the manufacturing defect or the cause of the claim. Also, do not forget to mention your order confirmation and/or tax receipt.
Our customer service will take charge of the practice and will provide you with directions for the product pickup by the courier if the claim is accepted. If it is, you will need to deliver to the courier a parcel containing the product and you will have to apply the shipping label that the courier will provide you. As soon as we receive the product(s), all successful claims will receive without undue delay, the refund of the price paid on the credit card used.

Any item purchased on the Pirelli store can be returned, for any reason, within 14 days after you’ve received the package.

No, returns are free and we will cover shipping costs for you.

No, we will arrange the collection of your item(s). You will only be asked to attach a label to the box and provide us with a suitable day and time to collect it.

No, we refund our customers using the same payment instrument used for the original transaction. We therefore only issue refunds to credit cards.

If you believe that the product that we sent you (i) is not in accordance with the technical information published on the website, (ii) is not free from manufacturing defects and / or materials that make it unfit for its intended use and (iii) lacks essential qualities for its use, you can initiate a claim procedure provided that any defects are informed to us within a period of 2 years from the date of delivery if you have purchased as a consumer or within 1 year from the date of delivery if you have purchased as a professional.

 If the claim is accepted, we will issue a refund.

We will inform you of the outcome of the claim.

No, you have to contact the shop you bought the product from to start the claim procedure for an off-line purchase.
